What’s Slowing Dealer Designers Down Right Now?
A big thank you to the 200+ attendees who joined our webinar and contributed their insights, experiences, and ideas. What started as a conversation about workflow challenges quickly became a powerful visual representation of the complexity dealer designers navigate every day.
At the start of the session, many attendees estimated they regularly use 4–6 tools in their workflow. By the end of our collaborative Miro exercise, the final board revealed a much larger ecosystem of platforms, processes, and handoffs required to move a project from opportunity to installation.
The takeaway? Dealer designers don't have a technology problem as much as a workflow complexity problem. The challenge isn't the tools themselves, but how they connect, overlap, and support communication across teams.
